Seasonal Influenza Invite & Vaccine Report 2023/24

  • v2.3 17/08/2023:
  • Now includes children aged 2y to <18y not in a clinical risk group
  • Invite counts updated in table 1 to reflect total number of invites recorded, rather than a count of the latest per patient.
  • v2.2 09/08/2023:
  • Amend invite period on dashboard to show 2m back from start date to end of flu period
  • Fix count in dashboard on table 1 (invites) for total of “All patient in other specific clinical categories”
  • Change label on Table 1 from Total patients to Total invites
  • Fix formula in dashboard on last table for count of “All patient in other specific clinical categories” to show patient count
  • Fix a problem in BMI cohort which had been fixed to age 50. This now uses the Age on the README sheet
  • v2.1 02/08/2023:
  • Invite Snomed hierarchical code <<711301000000108 not picking up READ2 9OXC% codes. This has now been fixed
  • v2.0 09/07/2023:
  • All clinical codes updated to the latest PRIMIS business rules 2023/24
  • Option on README sheet to set the AGE that divides the At Risk and Routine groups which is usually 50y or 65y.
  • Option for practices that have multiple sites and use the "Notes Kept At" feature in the Vision 3 registration module to separate the patients. This will now base the whole report on a selected site. Note: that if a "NoSite" sheet is displayed it will list patients that have not been defined and therefore may be missed on the main report.

Update Information

Seasonal Influenza Invite & Vaccine Report 2022/23

  • v6.0 16/01/2023: Now highlights duplicate immunisations on the GIVEN_FLUIMM sheet, based on the same PAT_ID and Stage
  • Fixed coding errors in Preg and BMI when combining these groups, and where no patients were found.
  • Fixed Table 3 (Seasonal Flu GIVEN) was summing the total column instead of ignoring the greyed-out rows
  • Fixed coding error with CKD3-5; if no patients found after excluding stage 1 and 2
  • Update: 4 columns have been added to end of all the GREEN sheets to show which clinical groups patients belong to, or vaccine given under clinical judgement as the patients' do not come under any of the clinical categories.
  • Update: Dashboard tables showing counts from the green sheets (vaccines given) have now been made dynamic, so that any deleted rows (made within a green sheet) will update the counts on the Dashboard sheet.
  • Update: New table created using data from the green sheets, to show a count of the patients identified in a clinical category, and those not.
This also resolves the count for patients not in a clinical group which was originally wrong in the 2nd table, as it was counting vaccines numbers against patient numbers.
  • Update: The new “Test Patient” Registration Status in DLM830 has been removed from the green sheet searches.
