Fix - Stopped the multiple consultation box from appearing on certain computers, when selecting between patients and when using the 6 window shortcut menu within Vision. Fix - When using Reset All some Read codes would still remain in the search results list, until saved to Vision.

Added "Another" button to front screen, to help determine when a new Read code is required. This also helps us determine what text is to be saved with each Read code as well as all the other drop down list choices. Fix - to the Reset All: now all the drop down lists will also be reset back to initial default settings as well as it clearing out all read codes and free text. Changed the New Search shortcut to Ctrl+W instead of Ctrl+N, because of the new Another button being Alt+N. It was a little confusing and users would loose data if selecting the wrong shortcut as one would add a new code and the other would remove the Read code.

Fixed - Follow-up code wasn't being assigned when multiple Read codes were being selected. Resolved error when adding a note to a Read code using the right mouse click on the front screen Fix - It was taking quite a while to pick up a newly selected patient; this now happens almost immediately. Added Consultation Type to front screen; by default it will use the initial consultation type of the current Vision user, unless changed.

Fixed - It was taking quite a while to initially start Smart Consultation as it read all the new users in Vision, this has now been resolved and works much faster now; almost immediately. Added Read code frequency column to Search Results and made this the default sort column. Therefore frequently used Read codes will always jump to the top of the list. Some searches were taking to long due to certain words like "of" being included in the search, there is now an excluded option of words in the Admin Options menu. Additionally, there is now an exceed found limit and a message will be displayed asking the user to redefine the search, as to many codes have been found. Each search should not now exceed 20 seconds before the message is displayed. New search $ added to the Advanced Search feature to search all exact words typed in Conclusion textbox
 Reduced Conclusion character search down to 2 characters instead of 4, due to BP, Ear, Eye etc...

Created an summary and audit screen, to help determine what might of already been saved to Vision while still in the current consultation. The audit screen was devised to verify that what was sent to the patient record was actually recorded. Green text confirms the data was written successfully, while red text means there might of been a problem when writing the data to the patient record. These new information features can be accessed from the view menu. Added quick search button to front screen, * = First word, "" = Exact words, + = Must include and Keywords Added QOF, Preferred and Both images to front screen to clearly display when each type of Read code is being displayed.
