On the front screen you may select a single action group to search or all action groups.
If selecting a single action group the test results will automatically change to the relevant tests for that particular drug action group. Additionally, a single test may also be selected to search on as well (shown above). The date period will automatically default to the correct time range for those particular test results. However, this may be changed using the From: and To: date fields or refer to Date Fields below for further information on entering dates. Once the above information has been selected click either Print PDF or Microsoft Excel to initiate the search and the report output type. Search Criteria:The following search sequence is used to extract the data from Vision 3 Overview1. Search all active patients with a registration status of Applied, Permanent and GP with Special Interest AND 2. Only active repeat therapy data mentioned below using BNF Action Group AND 3. Test Results mentioned below have been recorded within the specific time period set by User Drug Action Groups:Only active repeat masters in the following BNF action groups are included in the search criteria:
Test Results & Time Periods:% = includes all child levels and synonyms of the Read code
The criteria with regards to the default time period shown above will be used only if the user selects “All Action Groups” and “All Test Results” from the drop down lists. This will be calculated using the current date in the To Date field and automatically enter a date period minus one year from that date. The time period is calculated using the To Date: and searches back either yearly or within last 3 months for Lithium test results. Date fieldsWhen entering a date, you may type in DD/MM/YYYY format or select the calendar button. Alternatively, you can use a date formula as in Vision:
You may use: D for days, W for Weeks, M for months and Y for Years Note: you may not search ahead of time, as results cannot be added in the future within Vision, therefore + is not valid. InstallationDownload and install the Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Visual FoxPro (VfpOleDB.dll)
Note: Smart Blood monitoring is installed with a default output location of P:\Blood Monitoring\Results\SmartBM [date] [time].xls If you wish to amend the output location click the setup button on the front screen
